5 years after the elegant ‘PENUMBRA’, Swedish trio Barrens (post-rock with synthetic textures, formed by two members of Scraps Of Tape drawing inspiration from bands like God Is An Astronaut, Oh Hiroshima, Mono, pg.lost et autres Mogwai or This Will Destroy You) are returning to the recording scene with their highly anticipated new album ‘Corpse Lights’, set for release in the second half of 2025.
This brand new album, to be released on CD, LP & Digital via Pelagic Records (A Burial At Sea, Envy, Mono, Psychonaut…), features an elegant first single, « Periastron, » which is available below in both audio and video formats.
