After eight studio albums since 2008’s ‘Villains’, Stray From The Path is concluding their story with a ninth and final full-length effort, ‘Clockworked’ recorded with longtime producer Will Putney (Knocked Loose, Norma Jean, Vein.fm) and surprise-released right now via Sharptone Records (Comeback Kid, Loathe, Stick To Your Guns…).
The band—comprised of Drew Dijorio, Tom Williams, Anthony Altamura, and Craig Reynolds—also premiered a video for the track « Shot Caller » alongside the album’s release.
« We are excited and grateful to announce our final album Clockworked is out now. The four of us… have been touring together as a unit for almost 10 years, and now it feels like the right time to put the band to rest.
We’ve gone on to make amazing records together, tour the world, and have been fortunate to gain the support of people, more than we could have asked for ».
This surprise launch marks the culmination of nearly a decade with the current lineup but the band wanted to emphasize that the decision is mutual and amicable.
« This is a mutual decision — there’s no bad blood, we love each other, and we love you all. The band plans to announce final tour dates in the coming weeks, celebrating their career with fans throughout 2025 before officially disbanding. »
The album is now available right now on CD, LP & Digital via Sharptone can be also streamed in its entirety below.
