Here’s the latest hidden gem unearthed by one of our favorite labels—none other than Deathwish Inc. (with support from Sunday Drive Records), which continues to prove it’s far more than just a hardcore/punk stronghold (see: Cold Cave, Greet Death, Mad Honey…). Enter Glare, and their radiant blend of alternative rock, shoegaze, and dream-pop.
Formed in 2017 in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, Glare crafts immersive soundscapes that transcend genre boundaries, blending raw emotion with expansive atmospheric depth. Known for their electrifying sold-out shows and a devoted online following, the band delivers music that resonates far beyond words.
A few months after releasing their 7″ vinyl and digital single Morning Haze—also through Deathwish Inc.—the Texas-based group is now set to unveil their long-awaited debut full-length, Sunset Funeral, due out April 4th on CD, LP, and digital formats.
