Just a year after the release of their self-titled debut album, Danish chaotic hardcore x screamo x alt-punk outfit Demersal return with “Intet Formår”, the first glimpse of a new EP arriving later this year via Copenhagen-based label Konkylie.

Blending ferocious hardcore with sweeping melodic shifts, electronic textures, and poetic reflections on detachment and quiet solidarity, “Intet Formår” marks a bold evolution for a band already known for pushing the genre’s boundaries.

For fans of Converge, envy, Frail Body, Pianos Become the Teeth, and Portrayal of Guilt, the track delivers the same raw intensity—but swaps formula for feeling, collapsing and rebuilding with emotional precision and weight.

With “Intet Formår,” Demersal continue to redefine screamo on their own terms—uncompromising, unpredictable, and deeply human.
